NGC663 and NGC654 are nice pair of open clusters in the constellation of Cassiopeia. NGC663 is a young open cluster consisting of some 80 stars. It is 6500 ly distant and it has diameter of 31 ly. NGC654 is 6700 ly distant and consists of some 60 stars in diameter of 11 ly. Both clusters are significantly obscured by interstellar dust in front of them. |
